Re: Student Council Agenda at the Faculty Development Seminar (May 26 - 29, 2008)
Hello everyone!
We hope you're all making the most out of the remaining days of summer, and that you're all in good spirits (despite the recent release of (some) grades).
Going straight to the point. The Faculty Development/ Planning Seminar for this year will be taking place at Bangkok, Thailand on May 26-29. At this annual meeting, members of the Student Council are given an opportunity to speak before the members of the Law School Faculty and Administration regarding issues and topics which the student body, through the Student Council, feels should be brought to the attention of, or discussed with, the School Faculty and Administration. This year, the officers attending will be Jess Lopez (SC President) and Kira Ang (Sophomore Batch Representative) . As such, we would like to ask you, the student body, for your sentiments regarding which issues/policies you want the Student Council to discuss with the School Faculty and Administration. Kindly forward all suggestions to your respective Batch Representatives (Naealla, Nicka or Kira), or to any of the incumbent Student Council officers (Jess, Reg, Alex, McVer and Eunice).
Thanks and here's to an exciting and productive SY!

TAGGED: Ces, Haze, Yvie, Mel, Shem, Patty

The rules: The first player of this game starts with the "6 weird things/habits about yourself"and people who get tagged need to write a blog of their 6 weird habits/things, as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says ÿou are tagged"in their comments and tell them to read yours.

1. I ALWAYS get THREE sheets of Starbucks table napkin right after I get my drink from the counter.
2. I cannot study without my perfectly lined up highlighters.
3. If i feel intimidated / insecure... I rub my right eye.
4. It takes me a long time to get out of the shower... not because I give myself a total body scrub but because I practically sing an average of 6 songs inside.
5. I do not drink when there's food in my mouth I think it's gross. Even if i'm choking.
6. The men I fall for are usually the men I hate the first time I meet 'em.

What's Your Perfect Love Age?

Eunice, your perfect date is a Cultured Sophisticate

Sure, sweet dates are great, but you know a more refined mind trumps all. With your smarts and love of a quick wit, you should definitely date someone who can hold their own when it comes to worldly affairs. From spending time on Sunday morning with the NYT to talking about a newsworthy event, you're most stimulated by a mature date that can keep you on your toes.

Is there more to attraction? Of course! But while good looks aren't something to totally be ignored, it takes a beautiful mind to really make your pulse quicken. Now that's smart!
